Ammonium Phosphate is a general purpose food additive that is readily soluble in water, with approximately 57 g dissolving in 100 g of water at 0°c. a 1% solution has a ph of 7.6–8.2. it is used as a dough strengthener, firming agent, leavening agent, and ph control agent. its uses include baked goods, alcoholic beverages, condiments, and puddings. in bakery products, up to 0.25 part per 100 parts by weight of flour is used.It is commonly used in fertilizer as plant food as well as a yeast nutrient. Ammonium phosphate dibasic has been used to prepare multi-shell nanoparticles to increase transfection efficiency.Product Sample
