Effect: Tobramycin Base is effective against a wide range of gram-negative bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Proteus species. Application: Tobramycin Base is commonly used to treat respiratory tract infections, such as pneumonia, bronchitis, and cystic fibrosis-related lung infections.
